What an experience!

What an amazing few days year 6 had in London on their 3 day residential last week.  The weather was perfect and the children had a fantastic adventure.

They behaved impeccably, they all ate well and slept well, which ensured that their days were enjoyed to the fullest.

Residentials are always a time to see our children in a different environment and this year was no exception.  All of the children showed how much they cared about each other, they helped each other and shared the whole adventure (and lots of photos).  The children were so excited for all of the activities that we had planned and they enjoyed every part of the trip so much that they have found it difficult to decide what their best bit was.

Harry Potter World, The Natural History Museum, Madame Tussauds, Matilda and the London Eye.

The children used their manners when they ate out and also at breakfast time, it made for a wonderful time to catch up on what had happened and an opportunity to talk about what they were looking forward to in the day ahead.  It was clear that they all had a fantastic time.

It was an absolute privilege to have spent time with your children.  They should all be very proud of themselves.  I know that we are.

This is what the children thought of their 3 days in London.

“A great opportunity to do lots of different things.”

“An exhilarating few days.”

“The most Amazing experience”

”I wish we could go back in time and do it all over again.”

“The food was really good.”

“Loved it!”
